The UK Catalysis Hub Town meeting will be held on January 25th at the Royal Society, London to discuss future developments of the UK Catalysis Hub and how the UK Catalysis Hub can continue to work to support the UK Catalysis Community and research that utilises catalysis to tackle the challenges and opportunities we are facing for the future.
The purpose of the meeting will be to inform a proposal for funding for the UK Catalysis Hu. We are seeking input on the priorities for the Hub in collaborative research, community activities, training, developing expertise and techniques, working with industry, and developing partnerships. The meeting will aim o to engage with the UK catalysis community and other communities to ensure the Hub is addressing the challenges and opportunities needed in catalysis, and how the Hub can support and engage the community to drive catalysis innovation and research in the UK
The Town meeting will aim to identify key priorities inclduing
Current challenges in catalysis research addressing societal challenges
Modes of interaction with exciting activities within the research strategy
Industrial Engagement and mechanisms of interaction
Community engagement and activities, training and development
Develop new partnerships, and exploit existing facilities and expertise within the UK
Work Across UKRI and beyond
